Tomb Raider: CG trailer, extended gameplay video and screens
Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix unveiled Tomb Raider during E3 2011. Though the game is the ninth instalment in the Tomb Raider series it is more of a reboot, focusing on the origins of Lara Croft.
The game will focus on a young 21 year old Lara journeying to an island off the coast of Japan aboard the vessel ‘Endurance’ helmed by Captain Conrad Roth.
Unfortunately, the ship hits a storm, gets broken in two and washed ashore an island. Lara is left separated from any other survivors and will have to endure physical and emotional torture to survive the island.
Tomb Raider is scheduled for release in the third quarter of 2012 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. You can check out the trailers below and new screenshots.

For me the demo was too much of the moaning/grunting/whimpering, it felt over the top to the point that it made me immune to caring for her state of health. That aside, the actual gameplay looks pretty good and the graphics are crisp and detailed, I’m hoping that this reboot will re-invigorate the franchise.
Seems like a Tomb Raider game I’d like to play, wasn’t a big fan of the previous ones.
Same, i got bored with the previous one lol. This looks really good and boy can Lara moan.
